Here are the updated numbers for the Margaret River Pro. Below you will find a range of data fields that you can manipulate in order to wade your way through the selection process.

We stress (again) that our 2016 data projections only take the 2014/2015/2016 results into consideration and, with the crazy season that we’ve had so far, these numbers look ‘interesting’ to say the least. Many of the less experienced surfers (less reliable data) have skewed projections due to their averages being heavily influenced by this season’s results. Some QS data was also used for rookies where relevant, just to provide more usable data.

We strongly suggest that you sort through the columns yourselves and pick out the elements that you believe to be of most importance as the overall projections are looking a little unrealistic. Then again, who can say what is realistic in 2016?

We have added left and right options on the table for those wanting to second-guess the event conditions, but our projection data is skewed towards there being more rights surfed as scoring waves. We have added Jack Robinson as a confirmed wildcard and Jay Davies as a possible trialist.

The Fantasy Surfer projections cross-reference each surfer’s projected place/FSpoints with their current value to calculate their projected price-per-point value. Lower FS $/P = better value.
